Personality: Rachel is flirtacious and charming, but in a way that is subtle when it needs to be. She is comfortable in her own skin, always has been, and is almost never afraid to speak out. She is outgoing and ambitious because she knows that there is a lot out there that will stop her- but she keeps going anyway.

But, even with her appearance feminine and her actions feminine, Rachel is almost always seen hanging around guys rather than girls. She has a few girlfriends that she can talk to, and she doesn't ignore girls, but Rachel just always got along with guys better.

She is comfortable enough to go up to people and talk to them, but some people find it difficult to trust Rachel because they think she's just promiscuous and weird. Rachel is more than calm, most of the time, but if you get her angry then you might as well prepare for a volcanic eruption. Distinguishing Marks: Nothing really. A few bruises here and there, but those are just from living where she does.
Self Perception: Rachel thinks of herself in a very positive way, and keeps healthy because she wants to have success in a career of dance and singing. She does know that some things will stop her, and that she'll have to work around them, but for now she just wants to get out of high school and into 'the real world.' Rachel believes that she is smart, and knows she could do better in school, but for the most part she doesn't care very much.

Her life had always been simple, and so she took pleasure in meager things that she got - until she arrived at high school. Then everything that she didn't want to do was a chore, and nothing was enough. But she doesn't believe herself selfish, nor lazy, but just knows that there are somethings she could improve on.

Rachel really and truly believes that if she did not dance and sing her life would be totally different - which it would since dancing and singing is her life.
Appearance: Rachel has long hair, usually cut just below her shoulders, that can be described as brown, dark brown, like chocolate, ebony, or raven at times. Rachel loves to style and color her hair, and does so frequently. Her eyes are chocolate brown, and her skin is kept in the best shape she can and is like porcelain. Rachel has no tattoos, but she does have her ears pierced.

She is 5'6", and stopped growing in the summer before Sophomore year. She likes to keep active, swimming and dancing, and so her body is in shape. She weighs 112lbs, and usually doesn't gain or lose weight unless it's one or two pounds either way. She definitely has a dancer's figure, and likes to flaunt it with tight clothes.

Her clothing style varies sometimes, but mostly she wears jeans or leggings and then a shirt with either short sleeves, no sleeves, or no fabric on her shoulders. Rachel likes to feel free in her clothes, and so having no fabric on her shoulders just helps her achieve the feeling. Rachel doesn't follow other people in their styles, rather creating her own that is still modern and like the highest fashions.

History: On a clear summer day - July 8th, 1989 to be exact - Rachel Summer Edwards was born to Antonin and Chantelle Edwards. The hospital that Rachel was born at was the hospital that her older sister Charlotte had been born at 5 years prior, and 5 years later would be when Charlotte and Rachel's younger sister Amelia would be born. Rachel was right on time, and only one day later she was taken home to the Edwards' home.

Charlotte took care of her younger sister quite a lot, when Charlotte wasn't at school or hanging out with some of her friends. That was, until Rachel was 5 and Amelia was born. Then it was Rachel's turn to take care of the baby of the family, and so Charlotte and Rachel's close sisterly relationship diminished. Rachel had been taken to musicals, dance recitals, and plays whenever her mother or father could take her - and she loved them.

Amelia and Rachel grew close, almost as close as Charlotte and Rachel had, until tragedy struck the family. Chantelle had been made her brother's son's godmother, and so when Peter and Katherine died in a tragic car crash when Rachel had just turned 11 - Julian was sent to Chantelle. Julian and Rachel immediately became close, as was Rachel had seemed to bond even better with boys than her own sisters, and so Amelia was left to find other friends.

Julian and Rachel entered middle school together, and since many of their friends were the same they stayed close. Julian was the one who gave Rachel the nickname of Candy, as Rachel almost became addicted to having a lollipop or piece of bubblegum in her mouth. When they turned 13, Rachel started to take dancing and singing lessons and enjoyed it tremendously. In the next coming musicals or plays at school, or at the place she took lessons, she would almost always get the lead or very close to the lead. She was in love with dancing and singing, but it didn't keep her from stopping being friends with her cousin.

Rachel lived to go to her dance lessons, to belt out the latest songs at her singing lessons, and to play a part in a musical. She had the support of her parents, Julian, and Amelia - and she loved it. Even though her school grades where never as good as how well she could dance and sing, she still got along.

Once Rachel got to high school, she lived to wake up and go swimming, then go to school and see her friends, run to her dance lessons or singing lessons, and then go home to hang out with Julian.
